Requirements to secure work with ECM as a Trade Contractor include;
Insurance as required by project specifications - General Liability, other
Good standing with Workers Compensation Board
Company Safety Program that meets or exceeds OH&S requirements
Competitive price proposal and willingness to execute ECM form of agreement
Quality professional management and trades persons available to meet project schedule
