Parkway Lodge - Weyburn, SK
ECM's inaugural project was construction management of the Parkway Lodge Personal Care Home Addition & Renovations.
ECM was engaged as Construction Manager and is responsible for design, budget and construction management.

ECM was selected as General Contractor based on qualifications and most competitive tender.
This project includes a new Dry Well and Raw Water Reservoir below grade and a new Plant building of approximately 3,200 square feet, partially over existing treated water reservoir and new reservoir.

ECM was selected as General Contractor to construct a new Plant addition on top of existing treated water reservoir for the town of Churchbridge.

Bean Residence - Kinookimaw, SK
Ron & Yvonne Bean selected ECM to represent them as Construction Manager for significant additions and renovations to their lake home at Last Mountain Lake.
Project will start in spring of 2020.

Sherwin Williams - Regina
Sherwin Williams selected ECM to manage the conversion of old Bow Ring store at 2042 Prince of Wales Drive into their new retail paint store. Project includes demo, new polished concrete floors, new office and interior partitions and upgraded mechanical & electrical.
Project start April 01, 2020 with completion scheduled for May 29, 2020.
