Mission
ECM was founded out of the belief that there is a need for professional and personal management of construction projects for mid-size projects in Saskatchewan and beyond. Focusing on project and construction management as a means to provide best value and build relationships, while being agile enough to respond to design build and general contracting opportunities.
OUR PROCESS
Health, Safety & Environment
Ensuring the health and safety of all involved in our projects is paramount. ECM will ensure that site safety policies are adhered to enabling workers and project patrons to participate in the safety process. Ensuring everyone on the site returns safely to their families at the end of each day provides us with the motivation to promote a safe work environment.
ECM has received COR (Certificate of Recognition) certification through the SCSA.
Technology
ECM utilizes technology to both manage projects and provide expedient and precise quality on it's projects.
We utilize Corecon as a framework for management of all project functions. This Cloud based technology allows us to share information with Clients, Trades and Design Consultants so that information can be housed in one location and shared as required.
MEET ERICK
My career began as a carpenter apprentice working a wide variety of projects all throughout Saskatchewan. At the tender age of 21 I had received my Interprovincial Red Seal Carpentry Certificate.
After 13 years at Bomac Construction as Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager, I moved to Wolfe (now Quorex) as a Superintendent, quickly moving to estimator, project manager and concluding as Saskatoon branch manager and partner.
In 2004 I joined Graham as a Senior Project Manager, after four years assuming position of General Manager for Southern Saskatchewan located in Regina.
In 2014 I felt a new challenge was needed and so joined Deveraux as Vice President of Commercial Operations.
In August 2018 the time had come to launch ECM and refocus my energy on client relations and quality projects.
